British Petroleum (BP): Claims Filing

If a claim is approved, BIGW will retain a percentage of the approved amount as its fees and cost reimbursement, and remit the remainder to its client. While there is no guaranty that a claim will be payable, based on BIGW’s research, analysis and experience, it finds a loss and claim payable in a high percentage of the claims it reviews, and the claim settlements are far in excess of what most of BIGW’s clients expect prior to hiring BIGW. In fact, several of BIGW’s clients do not even believe they have a loss when that loss has on occasion been into to six figures territory under BIGW’s analysis.
