The BIGW Law Firm traces its roots in Southwest Florida to 1983. It has long played a role in both the development of Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, representing the developers General Development Corporation, Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation, Cape Cave Corporation, and several other instrumental parties responsible for paving the way for those enjoying the "good life" in the Florida sun. The BIGW Law Firm has also utilized its extensive knowledge of the development of Southwest Florida to represent the interests of those individuals coming here to purchase their vacation or retirement homes, investment properties or residence, and those lenders making loans to developers or new home owners. Once the new residents are situated, BIGW can assist them in protecting their assets and estates or assist in the probate of any estate.
